Anyone notice there are very few VW shouts now.

Is all delve plasma farming for the most part?

Was trying to get plates to upgrade empyrean in anticipation for the 99 update but there are so few shouts.

If you try to make one it takes forever to fill due to lack of interest.

What to do now?
